Custom Built Addition to Existing Home

Our clients had downsized for retirement, but found that the home lacked a comfortable gathering place for friends and family, including frequent visits by the grandchildren.
The solution was a Family Room addition, designed by longtime friend and architect, Bob Tyrrell. Bob designed the addition to fit perfectly next to the existing Sitting Room just off the Kitchen.
Outside, the vertical tongue-in-groove cedar siding matches the original house and the complimentary color metal roof blends pleasingly with the existing cedar shakes.
