Custom Design-Build Major Addition

This project was a custom design-build in conjunction with Architects Sherri Tracinski and David Kariel. The clients had purchased a grand home in Ednam Forest but the garage had been converted to a Family Room, leaving Paul & Susan without storage or a place for their cars.
In order for the Garage to be properly placed on the lot, High Caliber had to cut into the elevated back yard and pour most of the walls into concrete forms. Matching the Main House brick and rear metal roof, along with a congruent roof pitch and gable window, made the Garage look like a part of the original constrcution. With a considerable amount of artistic flair, Sherri designed a metal roof covered Pergola so that our clients could walk to the new Garage and stay out of the weather; the Pergola itself became an architectural highlight.
